Gathering insights
I joined the Think Design team as a Senior UX Architect in 2019 which had a team of 3 designers assigned to one of their biggest US clients Worldpay. In December I became the lead UX Designer on the Shopper Insights Project. I worked onsite with 15 engineers and a product manager and I supported the design across every aspect of the project and was responsible for leading UX and UI across key parts of the application side of the platform. My first step was to sit with the product manager and establish a design system to help the Engineering teams understand how and why we choose to implement certain components over others.

Wireframes
- Based on the needs and feedback from customers and blockers we had with the engineers I worked towards addressing thesolutions.
- Minimize the number of pages and only have the core.
- Which data visualization represents data analytics the best.
- Establishing clearer visual form hierarchy by grouping related fields
- I used a standardized styling that matched the branding guidelines.
- I quickly mocked up some basic wireframes in Adobe XD to gather feedback from the Product Manager and the Engineering team.
Customer insights Bar Graph visual data display to see how many customers have visited your store and made any type of transactinon. Business comparison map and business health analytics. This allowed business owners to compare related businesses in their area or to see other stores if they owned multiple.
